Telltale says they’re “extremely enthusiastic about how the game is progressing”
Telltale has announced they’re delaying The Wolf Among Us Season 2 until 2019. It comes after some recent changes at Telltale, laying off 25% of their staff. “we’re committed to exploring new ways to tell our stories. Taking this extra time will allow us not only to focus on quality but also to experiment and iterate in order to craft something truly special.” Telltale stated in a blog post.
The Wolf Among Us Season 2 was announced mid-july last year, with a trailer that had the original game’s voice actors address the fans and explain to them that the game was on the way. The original game, based on the comic book series Fables by Bill Willingham, out 5 years ago in 2013, and was blasted with critical praise, and a large fanbase.
Also anticipated from Telltale is Game Of Thrones: Season 2, and the final season of The Walking Dead. I’m probably going to cry when that one comes out.
